2 miles today plus 14 min of weights. I like the 5 mile slim. Mix & match.

Got my two mile in today. 12 min mile and classic walk with weight training. So glad to have found WATP. I can feel my body both challenged and more limber. I like Leslie keeping up with the beat, count, distance, leaves me time to focus on doing the exercise properly.

Tomorrow is a get away with dH and I am really looking forward to the pool and exercise room because of weight loss and WATP. A definite success.

Howdy,
I did 2 mile, from the 5 mile segments- arm training, fast walk, with warm up and cool down. With cool down I also used my small 4# sledge hammer for weight training as well. I liked doubling up the time.

I am so pleased with the results so far. Tonight, I am looking forward to the exercise room at the hotel. How different is that for me.

Howdy,
I did a little bit over a mile in 20 minutes on the eliptical at the hotel. I see wht people get fixated on the calorie burn shown on the machine. i had to keep reminding myself, inaccurate, and no excuse for splurging.

I liked having another exercise source. I also appreciate WATP. In a little over 20 minutes, I would get 2 miles done, with a variety of movements. All have there place in fitness, I am just glad I use WATP as the main source right now. I also tried the 5# weights and found them to heavy. i really like my 4# sledge hammer. I can change the intensity by shifting the fulcum easily.

Next trip will be to Monterrey CA at a resort, first question asked DH today was about the exercise facilities. Fun!

I'll join in here on the last day of February - just finished doing 3 miles plus abs with the Walk Away belt. It "looks" so easy, but man am I pooped!
