I did a little bit over a mile in 20 minutes on the eliptical at the hotel. I see wht people get fixated on the calorie burn shown on the machine. i had to keep reminding myself, inaccurate, and no excuse for splurging.
I liked having another exercise source. I also appreciate WATP. In a little over 20 minutes, I would get 2 miles done, with a variety of movements. All have there place in fitness, I am just glad I use WATP as the main source right now. I also tried the 5# weights and found them to heavy. i really like my 4# sledge hammer. I can change the intensity by shifting the fulcum easily.
Next trip will be to Monterrey CA at a resort, first question asked DH today was about the exercise facilities. Fun!
