Hey guys -
Welcome back on the wagon lots2go!
I did 3 miles today. I was not motivated at all but did the fat burning ones, quicker but harder then the regular.
Sammy- it might be a good workout for you once u get cleared from the doc. No walk away the pounds is not just walking back and forth. You do all sorts of things like kicks, kickbacks, knee lifts, squats all sorts of arm workout outs and depending on the workout some like jogging. I think it would be a great workout for ya to get back in the swing of things. Good luck to ya and feel better soon.

good morning gang

even tho I just got over bronchitis... I now have a cold but I got up and walked anyway.

I did the Burn Body Fat 2 mile with 2 lb weights in each hand.

Are y'all gonna catch Leslie's new system - "Walk - Eat - Lose" - on QVC on friday? I'm looking forward to seeing what it is.

Thanks, Girly2010. I think I'll rent one from netfilx when I'm up to it and see how it goes. Anyone know which is the easiest? I see she has tons of different workouts.

Hey Gang - my cold got the best of me and I did not get a walk in this morning

Sammyann - I think a good one for a beginner is the "Walk This Way". it is 2 miles, but of course, you could do just 1 mile of it when you are starting. You can watch a clip of it at collagevideo or at walkathome. at that site, click on the store and then the 2 mile walks and you will see it in there. hope this helps.

Hey ladies -

Cathy I hope you are feeling better soon. Its horrible being sick.
Last night I did a three mile WATP the fat burning one and then I did three miles on the stationary bike. Not sure what I was thinking my legs felt like jello afterwards. But I pulled through.

I can't post links yet b/c I'm a newbie, but on QVC's website, they have a WATP package with before & after photos of women that have lost up to 100 lbs from this work out and a restricted calorie diet! Yay! Inspiration!

You'll have to go to the website and search it and check it out for yourself! Good stuff!

I've been doing it everyday for a month! The first week I did 1 mile, then 2 miles, and since last week I've been doing 2 miles and 3 miles twice daily! Just now starting to notice a difference on the scale!

So last night I did 4 miles of Walk and Slim and 4 miles on the bike. Cant believe tomorrow is Feb already!

I've been switching in up....I have done WATP several times. I added had weights once. I also added in Julianne's dance dvd yesturday. That was fun but hard. I think like it though, I just wish I had hard would floors and more room.

I don't know what happened I puttered out at the end of the month. Oh well, I'm dusting myself off for the new month.

Hi, I just found this chat so if you don't mind I will join you in February. I was doing WATP in Sept - Nov but stopped everything for the holidays. I just started back this week and did the 2 mile on Tue, Thur, and then did the 3 mile for the first time on Fri night. It was awesome. I was tired at first but by the 2nd mile I was ready to go. The funny thing was I had to force myself to exercise as I was angry from work. By mile 1 I was all better.

Hey Bigmid and welcome. I am that same way every time im annoyed I work i make my kicks a little bit stronger and kick my anger away. It really is a great workout and it boosts my mood everytime. Good luck getting back into the swing of things.
