I did do my WATP videos Tues-Sat last week I did a total of 21 miles. I took off Sunday and Monday, and did 5 more today. Just got out of the shower, bout to get started on some house work...ugh its never ending! I did lose another 3 pounds this week though

Hey Guys, I am jumping in here. I was on here last year and lost 40lbs well after a rough year i gain back 20lbs. However last week was my first week back and I lost 10lbs.
Yesterday I did the 4 mile super challenge and Saturday I did 2 miles of the 4 BIG miles and my DVD messed up. Looks like I will have to replace it my kids scratched it really bad. So I am looking for more DVDs today. I never can do the same one twice in a row.

Hows everyone doing tonight? Well I got all crazy and did the 4 mile super challenge. Never done the 4 mile one before. I started out doing 2 miles of the 4 then i said heck im feeling ok I can do the 3rd mile and after that I was like usually the 4th mile isnt so bad. I might pay for it tomorrow but for me it was a great accomplishment.

Ok I've been doing the same dvd for 2 weeks and I am already bored Can you guys recommend some of the best. I am fairly fit, and what I love the most is higher calorie burn in less time. Also I would love to some that count down the minutes or distance within each mile.

Mandice - the new 3 mile Slim & Sleek Walk plus Pilates dvd might be what you are looking for. It has the countdown clock and some new moves. I think that you can watch part of the workout at collagevideo.

also, the 5k with a Twist has the countdown clock and some jogging in it too.

P.S. I get bored if I do the same workout 2 days in a row LOL

Hey everyone-

Cathy - u go girl I havent tried that DVD yet. I have the 5 mile fat burner which does the boosts at the end of each mile and they r fast miles like 12 minutes love that video. And that is impressive, 2 miles at 5 am on a Monday thats more then i can do!!

Last night i did the Power Walk which I think was two miles too. I didnt have much time or energy.

How is everyone else doing?

Hi there. I've never done WATP but am looking for something new to try. I had my appendix out a wk & 1/2 ago and am looking for something easy I can do when I'm cleared to exercise again. Do you think WATP would be appropriate for someone really out of shape? Do you just walk back and forth in your living room? Sorry if that's a silly question but just really wondering how that works. Thanks.
