I know alot of you were unsure of where to purchase a step. I wanted to start the dvds but couldnt get a step. I found one at Academy for 30.00 but i went flea market shopping and found one for 10 dollars!!!!!! so im starting today.

I used this video two years ago. I have used many videos. This one is my favorite. It helped me a lot. I lost 35 lbs in 5 months. Unfortunately, I have gained some weight back. I just pulled the video off the shelf. gonna start over, hopefully achieve same results!

The fitness videos are quite good and impacts a lot. Specially when I tried some workouts at home, I started to to see little bit of difference in few days. Therefore I personally recommend these fitness videos.
