I gotta say....as much as I like Jillian's style, her freaking blabbing during this video drives me nuts!!!!!! STOP TALKING and leave me to suffer in silence!
has anybody been able to stick with this and actually lose weight? I have seen lots of posts by people who are starting the video...not so many by people that have seen any real loss. I have gained three pounds since starting. Hopefully this is from muscle gain but who knows???
hello everyone, I am on day 5, very sore, today I had to stop, as soon as I did my first jumping jack I thought my left was going to fall off. So I slowed down as much as possible, but thought I had better take it easy, Hopefully tomorrow will be easier
Yesterday was day 1 for me. I'm a little sore today. The hardest part was the jumping jacks and rope. Too many things were jumping to be comfortable. One thing I see myself liking later is the audio option to mute Jillian and just hear the music.
I just got the video yesterday(it was actually a 2pk from Sam's Club with the One-on-One training with Jackie) I am planning on starting it the day after X-mas.
I will definitely love to be your buddy, I just ordered the dvd today and I'm starting as soon as it gets here, which will probably be right after new years! I also have been reading that everyone seems to start this program but I haven't found anyone that has completed the thirty days...just wondering what kind of results were recieved.
I can't remember their name but someone on here lost quite a lot of inches after doing the full 30 days. I think it's designed more for toning than weight loss.
I'm starting on the 1st (so it's easier to keep track of the days!). Anyone else doing the same?
My 30DS is in the mail and it will be in my dvd player soon! The thing is, right now, I'm at home, so it's ok if I'm doing jumping jacks and all that in my basement. But in the middle of January, I move back to school and I live on the 7th floor! Will i be bothering my underneath neighbors? I want to do it for the full 30 days, but I'm nervous my neighbors will complain. Any advice?
I picked it up yesterday off the $9 rack at Walmart, so I am starting today. I'm looking to buddy up with some others that are just starting
AngelD~I could count today as my "practice day" to get accquainted with the workout and officially start tomorrow as well...that actually makes more sense!
Hi 3fc...today was my first day with 30ds...i wanted to quit after the first 5 minutes....but i pushed through....i just wished she didnt go as fast so i could check my form and make sure im doing things correctly...it did go by pretty fast though...i usually did cardio before, so that part was fine, but abs and strength killed me!
So I re-started today. I quit after day one on December 4, mostly because I was too sore. Then I got hit with school work, and things went down the tubes. Then the holidays came so it wasn't on my mind. So starting again today, and I hope I stick to it.
It was the same thing that got me the last time, the first circuit. Something about it makes me DIEEE. But I didn't take a break, and I finished the whole thing. I even did a few extra sit ups during it. :3 So yeah. Good luck to everyone.
Shannok - If you look at the blonde, I think her name is Anita, she is doing the moderated version. You get on your knees, cross your ankles, and then just do 'push ups'. I don't have that much strength in my arms, so I have to do that too. :]
Did Level One Day Two today. I finished, but I feel sooo guilty for taking a fifteen second break during the first circuit. I just couldn't do the jumping jacks, I was sooo sore. And so I felt awful the rest of the video, but I did it all. I even made up for it and afterwards did 30 jumping jacks, but I just felt like I had ruined my entire work out. Ugh. At least I know I did it. Surprisingly much easier this time. Just super sore. Didn't sweat nearly as much. I just wish that I could turn her voice off. D< It angers me.
