I'm the master of maintaining. I've been 120 lbs for at least four years
I don't lose/gain but need to stay at 1500 and exercise daily. Days when the scale reads 118.anything are exciting though.
It's fun watching everyone here reach their goals!

Sat. I went off plan for the day. The gain was 3 lbs. have been working since to correct the gain, and get back on course. Didnt want to post the weight gain here. Now, I am back
