Hi folks, well done on your impressive weight losses! I only started yesterday and weighed in at 61kgs. The plan is to only get on the scale every Saturday so will post my progress then! Day 2 has been good so far, an hour of exercise and calorie intake at 4 pm thus far is at 745. Dinner in 2 hours will be a can of vege soup and that's that for the day...will be under the 1000 planned for this week...here's hoping the headaches don't crop up! |
