Chipping away at weight is exhausting. I could bump up to the 150s in like a day of bad eating.... My family went out last night and got calories galore - pasta, pizza, french fries, burgers, sodas, alcoholic beverages. I got a salad and a side of veggies (which was great by the way) and drank water.... oh well... them's the breaks.

8 May: 152.6 I knew I would go back up... my weight bounces around a lot. Also, I totally just chowed down on pizza, a piece of chocolate mousse cake & a nice glass of wine, no guilt here! (It's my bday :hat:)
9 May: 153.2 Yikes! (but expected)
10 May: 152.2
11 May: 152.4 (-1 for the week :D)
12 May: 152.2
13 May: 152.0
14 May: 151.8
15 May: 152.0
16 May: 154.0 :mad: (my own fault!!!)

Ok seriously, time to get my bum back into gear! I pretty much ate whatever this week, and went for 3 runs... time to get serious - the end of May will be here and I am going backward!

Actually upped my calories to 1400-1500 a day now I've reached a weight I'm happy with and still losing. So that's exciting! Happy to lose another couple of pounds buts that's it :)

For the most part I would say I was better than I usually am on the weekends... LOTS of walking, 2 hour bike ride, one 2 "cheat meals" (BBQ ribs, mac & cheese for 1 meal and then a turkey thanksgiving sandwich for another) but overall I didn't go overboard. If I can just be a little better each weekend I would call that a victory. Another positive note: 1.4 down from last Monday, so yay for that! :)

Again - I am defying the laws of physics! How to remain exactly the same weight for four days at such a calorie deficit (I track religiously now) and fairly low carb... WITH some exercising (not enough to cause any significant water retention, just yoga and walking/VERY light jogging). This is just an observation. As my recent mantra has been "it is what it is" :goodvibes

Expecting TOM any day now so I really hope that's why I've gone up & it isn't permanent damage from this past week. Feeling a bit down since this is the weight I was at the beginning of the month & I've just bounced around thus far. I'm still going for 150 as my goal for the end, but I reckon I most likely won't get it, but I'm not giving up yet.

Back to tracking on MFP - 1700 kcal & 5k run in this morning. Trying to get 4 runs in a week.

Boo all around. Hurt my hip again, woke up feeling flabby and gross, ambushed by early TOM... argh! We had a bit of a crazy weekend with lots of kids' activities and today I got the exciting but stressful news that my mother has a buyer for her house and will be moving out here, probably in the next 6 weeks! I'm excited to have her move here but the process is going to be stressful for her and for me.

So I basically ate no meals and a steady stream of random food all day. Not awesome. Tomorrow is another day!
