I have been hanging out in the low 141/high 140 area for a couple days and I'm really thrilled :woohoo: Apparently patience pays off! Haha no but for real, I seem to stall at a weight for what feels like forever and then get a mini whoosh if I'm lucky or just start losing again. I wonder why that happens? Anywho! I hope anyone still out there is having a great week!!

Hopped on the scale today to check out my starting point before the holidays. I'm 143.5! Oops...been enjoying a few too many glasses of wine. :( I seriously need to be accountable so I'll be posting as much as possible. |

I'm hoping that I'm on my way out of this thread as I've seen 13x on my scales for three days in a row but with the upcoming holiday I'm going to stay put for just a little while longer haha |
Well I wanted to say that I'm officially out of this thread! Survived Thanksgiving (ate allllllll the desserts!!:turkey:) but managed for the first time ever in my life to get right back on track the next day and here I am back where I was before the holiday at 138.6 :yay:

Joining this thread at 149.4! This is a really tough decade for me (once plateaued at 145 for 6 months, then regained) and my lowest weight in "recent" years has been 141, so it's really, really exciting to think about 139.8… anyways. I'll be checking in! I imagine it'll take me maybe two months to move through if my intake and output are on point.

148.8 already! 9 pounds until 130s. Semi-unrealistic goal is to hit that by my birthday in about 5 weeks, so 1.8 pounds per week. That's about a 900 cal deficit per day, so I need to add in some exercise and keep my calories lower (1200-1400).

I'm finally joining at 149.4 lbs this morning :) :) :) I'm going back to Florida next month and in March/April to visit with family and to get my tan on. Hopefully, I'll be out of here mid- March before my birthday. Have a great rest-of-the-weekend! |
Hey PrairieQueen! Congratulations!!! You worked hard to get here. Are you excited to be within TWENTY POUNDS of your goal??? Like, under 20 lbs? For me, seeing that 18.8 lbs to go is very satisfying when I update my numbers chart (143.8-125 =18.8 for me!).
I haven't been updating this thread much, there's a bit more movement in the general Weight Loss support thread (escaping the 140s) but I'm down to 143.8 - 4 pounds left! |
