Honestly, both choices brought about a lot of stress. I won't go into detail :( Congrats on getting your weight back down! :)) BTW, I LOVE EMC...it's a great hospital and they treated their employees well when I worked there. I have some really nice memories. It's where I met one of my best friends. I hope your sis is able to work there...that would be great. |

I had a really long day yesterday and simply needed to eat extra food and later than normal. It was more sodium and carb heavy than normal too so was completely expecting to go up. I know it will come back down though :) I have a good plan for today and have no desire to cheat at all! Its funny how I thought I wouldn't be able to go without cheats on the weekend, but now that I've been working on being more accountable these past few weeks, the desire to go off plan is lessening more and more. |
