I was doing great yesterday, then went crazy with a fork and a chocolate cream mousse pie, right before I tossed it into the garbage. That thing probably had close to 600 calories a slice! I'm going to exercise this morning and make up for it today and the rest of the week (fruits and veggies and all good things). We can do it. I went down today, but it probably would have been lower had I stayed on plan. |
Hi everyone, I'm new here (but thought I'd come straight to Featherweights because I will probably cop it elsewhere for 'not needing to lose weight' which I get told offline so I was a bit unsure about registering here!). Long story short, through a stressful corporate job and postgraduate study the weight has been slowly but surely creeping on. I weighed myself yesterday and I was 139lbs (a gain of 28lbs in 2 1/2 years). I have been ignoring it up until now and focusing on achieving external goals, but I have never been anywhere near 140 so it was a massive shock. Looking to get back to my pre-study/office job weight of 110lbs (hence the name).
Looking forward to meeting all of you. |
