I had a perfect day yesterday! I ate OP, exercised TWICE
Not only did I lose the bloat from day before, I dropped another 1.2 pounds.
Today is my birthday, and I think my scale decided to give me a nice present.
-- Tomorrow will be another story. I have a very busy day ahead of me partying
A lunch and dinner out and drinks with friends late at night. -- But I feel in control, I am letting myself enjoy today, and I will be back OP tomorrow! -- I will still be mindful what I will have; salad with grilled chicken or salmon for lunch ( I LOVE salads), filet for dinner and I think I will limit myself to 2 vodka and clubsoda with lime drinks with friends. My calories should stay below 2000, and all will be low carb. -- I walked for an hour outdoors at very high speed, so I did get some exercise in as well.
I lost 4 pounds since last Friday. I am
really hoping to lose 2.4 pounds this week... 140 sounds delicious.
