Last night I went on a date instead of working out, had a couple glasses of wine and a slice of pizza.
Woke up this morning and discovered I bust through my little plateau and dropped from 141.4 to 140.2 :o |
140 flat today :) Hanging here another day or two then I'm off to 130s
