Thanks to summer vacay and having all four kids home all day I havent always had time to weigh in everyday this month so I will average it out.

It hasn't been a really great month for weight loss though I am atleast relieved that I was able to stay within 3.8 lbs all month which is good for maintenance. I hope that August is a better weight loss month for me and with the older kids in summer camp for 2 possibly 4 weeks it should be. I just find it a lot harder to pay attention to exactly what I am eating when I am always on the go and then I also have no time for structured excercise.
Thank you very much! I am pretty surprised by my results myself actually! I have been on a very strict diet of absolutely no more than 1200 calories. I only counted calories, no carb counting, no attention to eating only healthy foods :/ I did eat pretty healthy over all though, lots of fruit, veggies, and grilled chicken. I think a big part of my loss is the amount of exercise I've been getting. My job this summer had me walking/speed walking all day long, I didn't get to sit down except at lunch, I had to lift things, walk around carrying heavy things, and go up and down lots of stairs. I was usually exhausted even on my days off, haha. It has not been easy at all; it was a lot of dedication this summer!
