According to my
Hacker's Diet log, I've lost 1.17 pounds a week, and am running a deficit of 585 calories. Seeing that is both encouraging and frustrating - I'm glad I'm losing weight, but ideally, I'd be running a deficit of 800 cal. Still, it could be worse.
I attend yoga class twice a week, though things are kind of in flux at the moment - I'm housesitting on the far side of town and am about to go on a road trip. That said, I took my scale and hand-weights with me to the house I'm taking care of, and I'll be hauling them on the road trip as well.
