Yay! No lurking!!! ;)

Well, I'm definitely modifying the full fat thing. I have switched back to the lower fat yogurt and skim milk in my latte in the morning, but am using half and half in my tea now- with the milk being frothed for the latte, it doesn't seem to matter too much, and I can use just a tbsp in my tea a couple times a day. Makes me feel decadent without going over calories.

Still just plugging away though. I've started trying to walk a bit before work (the weather is more predictable in the morning than in the afternoon), so that's been good. Also been trying to pay attention to my step counter on my phone. I really don't move around any for work, so it's been good!

112.0 this morning! Yeehaw! No walking lately, and I've actually upped my calories slightly, so I'm happy!

Nice job! Sounds like something is working. I wish I had the fortitude to count my calories. Since I started making all my food and cooking it is such a pain to enter all the ingredients in those calculators.

I use myfitnesspal and just pick the finished product that most resembles the thing I cooked. MUCH easier, and pretty close.

oof- getting close enough to touch! 111.6 this morning, and that was before using the bathroom. I'm digging this 1200 calorie thing right now. It definitely took below that to get things going, but at the moment- YUM!!

I decided to try on some jeans that I almost gave up on ever wearing again, and they FIT! On the downside, all the jeans I bought last year/spring are starting to look big.

So....do I keep the clothes that are getting big just in case? Or get rid of them to prevent excuses and bad habits? What do others do?

I got rid of all but one size up. Goodwill is cheap if need be lol. I am currently a size 1, and I kept some of the size 2s. Most of the 1s are a tad loose and 0's will probably end up being my size, but the majority of the size 2s will at least stay on. lol.

Hmm that is something to consider. I have a bunch of 28 jeans and a few 29's (that are definitely too big). I oddly lost more weight in my waist than in my hips/thighs, so now the waists are bigger but the thighs are still snug in some cases. I ordered some 27's to see if that is my new size. In Express jeans I was able to pull off a size 2 (with stretch in them), but the Nordstrom brand was a size 5.

I think I will probably have to wait it out to see where I stabilize before making any big clothing decisions.

Flirting with the edge here. Still just over 110. Barely. Thinking after TOM is over and through I'll easily drop below, based on the two tenths I'm over now.

Barely broke into 110s today at 119.7. With the weekend round the corner it will be tough to maintain but just wanna check-in here to keep me motivated until I reach my goal!

After a slow month and a half I think I'm finally breaking through my plateau weighing in at 118 today. Not as fast as I'd like but I'm excited to be 2 pounds away from my previous lowest weight a few years ago of 116. Hope to get below that before April ends. I can do it!

Double congrats! It's so exciting being in the 110s - quite an achievement! Thanks for sharing your journey. :)
