Well, I'm definitely modifying the full fat thing. I have switched back to the lower fat yogurt and skim milk in my latte in the morning, but am using half and half in my tea now- with the milk being frothed for the latte, it doesn't seem to matter too much, and I can use just a tbsp in my tea a couple times a day. Makes me feel decadent without going over calories. Still just plugging away though. I've started trying to walk a bit before work (the weather is more predictable in the morning than in the afternoon), so that's been good. Also been trying to pay attention to my step counter on my phone. I really don't move around any for work, so it's been good! |
112.0 this morning! Yeehaw! No walking lately, and I've actually upped my calories slightly, so I'm happy!

I decided to try on some jeans that I almost gave up on ever wearing again, and they FIT! On the downside, all the jeans I bought last year/spring are starting to look big.
So....do I keep the clothes that are getting big just in case? Or get rid of them to prevent excuses and bad habits? What do others do? |

Flirting with the edge here. Still just over 110. Barely. Thinking after TOM is over and through I'll easily drop below, based on the two tenths I'm over now.

Barely broke into 110s today at 119.7. With the weekend round the corner it will be tough to maintain but just wanna check-in here to keep me motivated until I reach my goal!

After a slow month and a half I think I'm finally breaking through my plateau weighing in at 118 today. Not as fast as I'd like but I'm excited to be 2 pounds away from my previous lowest weight a few years ago of 116. Hope to get below that before April ends. I can do it!
