Anyway, to answer your question: six days a week for about 30-45 minutes a day. I'm doing cardio (running), HIIT, kettlebells, Pilates and some core work. Sundays are my day off.
I'm lucky b/c I'm a stay-at-home mom and my kids aren't infants anymore. My hubby watches them in the mornings (he doesn't have a 9 to 5 job) so I can squeeze in my runs and HIIT then. In the evenings after they go to bed is when I do my kettlebells, Pilates and core work.
I'm also eating better which helps along with all the exercises as I'm sure you well know.
Wow, 2-3 hours a day. I wish I had that kind of time but not with two boys. I'm lucky I can squeeze in what little time I have.
