Default When to Reward Myself

Hey guys! So I'm down 8lbs and have 10 to go!

I like the idea of rewarding myself, and have the following rewards lined up... my goalpost is 118/119 by March 8th!

Anyways, I'm not sure if I should just reward myself for every week I eat within my cal range and go to the gym everyday, or if I should set weight mile-markers (128, 126, etc. etc.). What do you think works best?!?!

Rewards (need two more if weekly!)

1. New haircut (bigger reward for the first one, mainly because I really need a haircut!)

2. Tanning (guilty, rare pleasure, I know its bad!)

3. Massage

4. New Outfit

5. New Makeup

Reward yourself with each week
you stay on track.

Then again, if you're going with
rewards that are a little expensive,
you could go with weight rewards.

Depending on how fast you lose weight
can also factor in which one you'd rather do.

LLBold, you and I are the EXACT same height, starting weight, and goal.

Go ahead and reward yourself. I find it very motivating to reward myself with new workout clothes. They tend to get me to the gym and out running because I want to wear them so badly!

This is a big one for me. In fact, I'm going out later tonight to buy new workout clothes.

I'm definitely excited to buy new workout shorts this weekend Looking up biking shorts with padding for the seat now, haha

I could use some seat-padding for everyday life. I can't sit on anything longer than 20 minutes without it hurting.

They say you can change your habits if you change for 3 months. I've been lusting after this amazing watch for a while...so if I stick to a healthful balanced diet, working out and counting my calories for 8 weeks in a row, I am going to go get that watch!
