Hi all. I have been Mia for about a month and a half now :/. and I've gained back like 10 lbs. Perhaps I'm not really a feather now that I have 20lbs to lose before goal. I see alot of new faces and what looks like some great success. Next year I'll be saying I maintain through the holidays!

Hey, guys! Hope all's well! I'm at goal, now I just have to focus on losing more until I'm satisfied... will have to sort out where my body would like to maintain at.

Happy New Year, feathers! I'm sad to report that I did not make it to 100 miles jogged this year. I got to 98, though, which is 98 more than I jogged in 2009, that's for darn sure!

Here's hoping we all have a safe, happy, healthy, and successful 2011, involving goal-meeting and staying strong, fit, and supportive of each other!

Hey all, it's been over a year and a half since I really spent any time here - and that long since I've watched what I ate and did any exercise! I believe I'm sitting at 144 and want to get down to 130 by June. When I was here last, I used these forums to get down to 132 for a vacation I was going on, and vacation is my motivation again this time. I also posted goals on the WEight Loss and Exercise Challenges - they really helped motivate me last time! I look forward to reaching goal with you ladies! Happy New Year!
