I was so mad this morning because at my final weigh-in, I missed by goal by 0.6 lbs!
But as I got ready to post my results, I went back and looked at my official weight loss log.
My starting weight was 119.6 that morning, and my goal was to lose 10 lbs, and though I didn't hit 109 like I wanted, I lost exactly 10 lbs!
SW: 119.6
CW: 109.6
I'm calling this goal: ACCOMPLISHED!!!









This was my first challenge, and I think it really helped keep me on track - it was that little voice in the back of my head telling me to stay on plan so I could hit my goal! Thanks for the support girls!!
natamars, I think you're awesome for getting yourself to the gym even with other stuff going on in your life. I haven't gotten myself there since I bought my membership last year! LOL! I use anything and everything as an excuse not to go (oh, the dog looks lonely, I'll stay home). I'll be right there with you going for goal this summer! We can do it!
