I have had food issues all of my life and have been anorexic and bulimic.
I want to learn how to tell if I really am hungry or not.
I eat when I am upset, frustrated, etc.

Have you considered using a hunger scale - like this one http://www.oprah.com/article/health/...s/basics_scale - to help you understand better why you're eating and learn to eat when hungry? I have the same problem of eating even when not physically hungry, and the hunger scale has really helped me.
