I've been trying to lose the weight I put on after the first year of law school for a while now... But I keep crashing my diet by eating too much or not exercising.. so here we go again.

Thanks! Just checking in.. I've lost half a pound. It's not much, and even if it's just water weight, I"m happy for the little victory. Yesterday I ate just over 1300 calories, and today I've eaten just over 1200, so I'm happy about being able to control that as well. I wasn't able to work out today, and I'm not able to stick to a regular schedule because of how crazy school is... but I'm still trying to go three times per week!
