In again too. I gained and lost TOM weight over the last challenge, so now I'm exactly back where I was last week.
I think 3 pounds is a good idea, but I am admittedly a little less convinced I have a chance at losing 3 pounds first.

I still think we need a time limit. We're going to be overrunning with featherweight challenges, I'm getting confused by them all!

Spoz, do you think the time limit and the pound limit? Or, just who loses the most in say, a week, wins? That sounds pretty good, at least then the challenge will go for a whole week!
I'm the same:

Why would we be overrun? If it works the same way the 5 lb challenges works, there's only one running at once. As soon as the first person gets there, the challenge is over and a new one starts.
Unless you want to run it differently.

So, once everyone is clear how it works - people will no longer post in the old challenges.
