Just curious... other than the wonderful support from 3FC what websites have helped you on this journey? My two big ones are www.Hungry-Girl.com and www.dietbites.com.
I started using The Daily Plate last week for tracking food. I'd used FitDay before, but TDP's food tracker is much nicer. It has far more foods in its database (but that's a bit of a downside too: since the foods are user-contributed, they struggling with some duplication).
