Seriously, we all have days when our healthy eating plan or diet just goes out of the window and I think most of us panic, feel guilty or eat to block it out!

Yes, great article - thank you for sharing it! It's easy to get caught up in thinking you have to make the right decisions 100% of the time. Even if you're just making better decisions most of the time, you're going to be better off.
It also made me think that I only plan for good days and I've never had a recovery plan. Wouldn't it make life alot easier for us if we had that emergency plan that might save us from going on crazier binges?
