Hi Allison! I did about the same thing last year. I gained 5lbs after a vacation and then 5 more during the holidays and boy it's been tough to get off. I've had to try lots of different things and now I'm back to calorie cycling, working out with weights and cardio 5x a week and I'm hoping all that will work. I need to see the scale move, that really helps keep you motavated. Good for you with the running, toning up is always a good thing and it's something I'd also like to work on!
