Default Hi Everyone, I'm new here

Hello All!
So I have been perusing this forum for quite some time now. I am also going to be posting in the "chicks in control" section, b/c I do have a problem with binging from time to time. It has gotten really bad lately, and has hindered me from my weight loss and fitness goals, even if it is only 4lb weight loss. Anyway, I am glad to be a part of this forum. I maintain (besides the binging) a healthy lifestyle, with exercise 6 days a week with the 7th being an "active rest" day (which usually means a 10 mile bike ride). I am glad to meet you all and look forward to making friends and receiving and giving support!

Hi, and welcome.

Sometimes that last few pounds is the hardest!!

Wow - your 'active rest' day is about twice the exercise I do on a normal day!!

What do you do on a normal day then? You must be pretty fit already if you only have 4 lb to lose.

Well, for my "workout" days, I try to do a 5K run or more, the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for toning, and 10 min elliptical. I also do the Jackie Warner lower body workout (20 min) 3-4 times a week. Since the weather has been nicer, I have been trying to take up swimming, though I am not very good at it! I look forward to joining you all in chat!
