Default Just a hello

I figured since I never really introduced myself, I would now!

I'm a stay-at-home/work-at-home/work outside the home (part-time) mommy of 3 . Like other Featherweights, I'm not what you would consider overweight. I'm within my healthy weight range, but on the higher side of healthy. My OB/GYN dared to utter the word "diabetes" at my last appointment (I don't have it, but my mom and grandma do, and I had gestational diabetes, so I'm at a higher risk for it) so I decided that it's time to put down the cookies and get into shape, not only for my health, but also so I can look better! So, here I am. My husband and I started this week. I did Tae-Bo for 30-40 minutes 2 times this week, and I did about 45 minutes of my weight machine 2 days (tomorrow is my cardio day, so one more day of Tae-Bo). I'll move up to longer workouts later on...first I need to make it through the video I'm doing now. So, that's me, in a nutshell. Nice to meet everyone

Welcome, glad you are here...fitting in the exercise is so hard with 3! I have 3, but I am a SAHM and the only way I fit it in is to do it at 5:30 am.! I don't know how you are doing it, YOU GO GIRL! I also have to have a plan that lays it out for me or I'm dust! So I am glad you are here to help support and get support, it is a great place to be.

I get up at 6 a.m. to exercise...only time I have time to. Then I get the kids up at 7:00. I tried working out at night...yeah, I don't have enough energy for that.
