Day 2 of SI6 coming up! I'm so sore from yesterday but I'll feel better after I exercise and stretch. I'm adding an ab video they my friend dared me to do!
Newbie to this forum... but I'm just going to jump right it!
Weight this morning was 144, up 1/2 a lb from yesterday. I have some bloating issues going on though, so although I do weigh every day, I more or less just look for trends and have faith that my body will do what it's supposed to do eventually
Only exercise I can do right now is walking*. I'll be walking my dogs tonight for about 45 min.
*I'm on fertility meds and am at risk right now for ovarian torsion, so Dr's orders for nothing strenuous.
Monday night I actually didn't make it to the gym. The guitar pick-up took WAY longer than expected. Then, last night, I had my MRI scheduled. However, last night I did do some push-ups at home and did my Abs video.
Back to the gym today. I'm excited because I actually miss the gym.
Day 3 of SI6 is DONE!! Boy, was I ever sore this mornign but now that I'm done exercising I feel a little looser! I'm sticking to Start it up till Monday.
119.5 this morning, so still no movement on the scale. I'm still completely on track with diet and exercise. Did the spinning class on Tuesday, worked out with my trainer on Wednesday, and went the free one-hour cardio/weight class my trainer offers yesterday. Today I'll be working out again with my trainer, hopefully swimming on Sat, then boring gym cardio on Sunday.
144.5 this morning. I'm still up a pound for the week. My diet has been perfect, probably should eat a bit more... I leave a cushion of about 200 cals because I don't measure and count vegetables (and I eat lg servings of these), or the olive oil cooking spray I use, sugar less gum, etc...
Will be going off plan tomorrow night for my husband's 40th birthday party, so I don't expect my weight to be going down fast any time soon
Oh my Start It Up is starting to get easy! LOL! I finished day 5 and I think I'm going to add on that ab video I did a couple days ago, it was really good! Next week I'll be starting Ramp It Up but my weight will probably be the same of higher because of TOM.
Still undecided as to which day I'm going to "take off" from exercise...tomorrow or Sunday...hard decision!

This morning I was at 125.0! Amazing, that's back to my lowest weight ever, but I'm in the middle of my two week cycle of being heavy, so I'm hoping for a big drop in another week and a half. I've been doing well with my calories, but not really keeping up with my exercise. Still - if I'm eating less it should all balance out right? Let's hope so!
So I took yesterday off and just did 1/2 an hour on the bike at med. tension, feeling good!
Tomorrow I'm starting phase 2 of Slim in 6 (Ramp it Up)so wish me luck!
As for the weight I'll be up because on TOM, that sucks! LOL!
Yep, I'm up on weight but I lost 1.5 inches off my waist, .5 inch off each arm and gained .25 on my thighs which is actually good because I have skinny legs!
I refuse to change my ticker because of bloating! LMAO!
Still perfectly on plan with diet and exercise and still no change on the scale. It looks like I'm going to have to drop my calories down to 1300 per day, which I'm really not looking forward to. Sigh...
