Stevia isn't actually an artificial sweetener. It is a plant, it's natural. How awful that these things make you vomit for hours though!

Wow, I pretty much like all foods. I love olives, mushrooms, sushi (except mackerel, ew), beets, cooked spinach! Even the foods I dislike I can still usually eat without gagging*, I just don't like them.

Least favorite foods:

Mayo - too slimy (it is permissable in a turkey sandwich the day after Thanksgiving with fresh oven roasted Thanksgiving turkey breast - but it has to be a light smear)
Fennel -okay, I really don't like fennel and will actually avoid it. I bought some spicy chicken sausage to cut up in chili without realizing it was chock full of fennel seeds, it made the chicken sauasage (but not the chili) inedible
Passionfruit - ugh, just a flavor I really dislike. I feel like when I breathe out, I'm breathing out passionfruit in the back of my throat.
Green peppers - would avoid if possible, red, orange and yellow are okay
Butter - not a fan. A friend did make some roasted garlic butter for a dinner party and I liked that okay but plain butter - no.
Almost all pears - with the exception of a yummy ripe Harry & David pear. Canned pears like in fruit cocktail - oh **** no.
Papaya - I want to like papaya! It's so pretty and so healthy, I try it occasionally and still ugh. Dried is okay, if it's in small chunks in trail mix.
Grape jelly - childhood burnout. Ditto Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, sliced American cheese and bologna. Ate enough for a lifetime before the age of 18, apparently.
Most potato salad and coleslaw - just really picky, I love GREAT potato salad and coleslaw but 9/10 I don't even bother, figuring it will be the disgusting kind.
Raw broccoli - I want to like this! I love it steamed but flat out raw is really hard for me. I know it's SO good for me, so I sometimes eat really tiny bites.
Cauliflower - raw - blech. Roasted is okay. I can sometimes handle it in salads if it's sliced VERY thinly.
*Canned sardines - the only food that has literally made me gag. I was trying to eat more protein and sardines are a superfood, so I bought a tin to eat on whole wheat crackers. Spread it around a little, took a bite, fished out a vertabrae. Ugh. Stomach did a funny roll. Tried a few more bites, couldn't get past the idea that I was eating SPINES. Puked it out in the trashcan - not trying THAT again!
Lima beans - would prefer not to eat lima beans
Slimy okra - would prefer not to eat it when it has that clear slime, the seeds also wig me out
Figs - remind me of crunching on a spider egg, both fresh and dried figs really weird me out
Fresh apricot - weird texture, dried are fine

I'm pickier than I thought! I pretty much like EVERYTHING else!
