Hi!
I want to drop about 4-8 lbs doing a liquid diet and would love to have a diet buddy. Please pm me if you're up for the challenge. (I plan to use vegetable and fruit juices, milk, and fiber supplement so it's not exactly an unhealthy crash diet.) Getting through cravings will be hard, I need help!
The 4 to 8 lbs of weight you'll lose that way will most likely be water and muscle rather than fat. I would suggest calorie counting, healthy eating and exercise... It's the only permanent way to lose weight...
