woohoo Allison! I'm staying on plan today because I'll need all the healthy food energy that I can rangle up so that I can finish a killer essay.

SOP today because I've made a terrible start to April so far and unless I start stringing some good days together the month'll be gone and I'll still be bouncing around within the 149 pound.

Umm... I threw all good sense to the wind during my spring break last week and just assessed the damage -- a 2.25 GAIN. So, to hold myself accountable to myself (lying to myself is the biggest lie of all), here I go to move my blasted ticker up.

So, today I'm OP because I have 4 weeks left till my mini beach goal, and I'm determined to make it. I wish had I kept that in mind last week...ugh.

SOP today because I am posting my food plan!

Breakfast: granola cereal + milk, 2 cups coffee (necessary)

Lunch: Salad with walnuts and feta cheese (no cal drink)

Snack: probably fruit or handful of nuts

Dinner: SMall portion of whole wheat spaghetti (skip the garlic bread) and a salad!

I was not too bad yesterday and I think I'd like to do that again.

BTW ... I sometimes post in a daily thread ... menu plan and exercise. It is a good idea.

OP today because I am on a roll and would like to keep it going....besides, I checked dh's scale button and if I can get back to what I was yesterday I am sooooo freaking close to weighing less than him for the first time ever. He is starting cycle oregon training soon, so I have a tiny window where he will gain and then lose even more. But he wont ususally go much below 130-135 (he is 137 now)
