I have a horrible confession :o .
This has been a terrible weekend for eating healthy. It just hasn't been going well, I've been eating junk left and right... My calories are way over. :( It's terrible, but I will get through it, I'm just trying to not binge.

Okay, step one, writing it down, and being accountable for what I have eaten.

I just have to breath, and not panic, because than I will binge, and that just wouldn't be good.

Jane~your DS is in tennis. So is Gary's nephew....I wonder if your son's school will ever have a match with Gary's (EZMONEY--he hangs out in the general chatter area) nephew's school. I think they're more in the LA area, though. I can't remember. And actually, I'm loving the weather!!! I diet so much easier when it is warm/hot--cuz that means SALADS!!!

Cats tongue~it's only one day. Get back on track tomorrow and you'll do just fine.

97 degrees wow well it is supposed to go above freezing again to day :yay: actually all week is supposed to be nice wednes itis supposed to go up to 53 (12 celcius)

Nope, never even met him. We swap recipes, though.

Weight bounced back up to 141 this morning, but I'm not daunted. Usually it goes up to 143 on Mondays, so this is a great day! Salads are planned for lunch and dinner so I'm sure I'll be back down by tomorrow. That and I've agreed to no wine this week......well, until Friday anyway.
