I weigh every morning....after the am potty break, naked...then sometimes i weigh with my work clothes on before i leave the house, then i'll weigh when i come back home and then usually before i go to bed. Am I obsessed?? Maybe. But it also lets me know how my body fluctuates every day at different times of the day. Trust me. I don't freak over the different weigh-ins. I just like to know how our bodies change during the day. I record the first weight I get each morning on my wall calendar in my bedroom. As long as I see it going down or staying the same, I am safe. Just as long as it doesn't go up!!!! And i don't accept a weight change for my ticker unless i usually see it 3 times that morning, or 2 days in a row. After two days in a row....That is my new weight!!

Actually I just got these new scales that measure weight, body fat weight, body fat %, bmi and water. they are cool!

Default no scale

I'm staying at a house without a scale! Lots of thin athletic people here - guess they have no need of one. Weird but entirely possible.

So my weigh-in is delayed for a week. Next Tuesday should be interesting.
