It is extremely important to eat at least 4 meals a day on this phase.
Same foods as phase 1 except 2 cups of brown rice every other day if desired.

Shrimp: 4 Large
Mussels: 3 oz
Oysters: 6-12
Clams: 3
2 1/2 cups of low-fat milk
1 oz of cheese
6 oz of low-fat yogurt twice a day
Cold cereals 1 1/2 cups per day: Corn flakes, Cheerios, Oatmeal (1/2 cup hot), Farina/Cream of Wheat (1/2 cup hot), Total, Bran Flakes, Life, Rice Crispies, Puffed Rice, Puffed Wheat, Shredded Wheat, Wheaties, Special K, Chex
4 tsp sugar
Salt 2 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
2 tbsp fat-free dressing
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
1 tbsp fat free mayo
2 pats of peanut butter
1 10-oz cup of coffee
3 cups of tea
5 cups of club soda
2 cans of diet soda
1 cup of freshly squeezed fruit juice
