OK, I'm a newbie, just started on Monday, 10-23 and I know your not suppose to weigh yourself, but I had to this morning. I'm on Phase 1 and it's Thursday and I'm already down 5 lbs. I feel good, I'm not hungry in between my 3 hour meals.
Anyone who's just starting, look at the receipe feeds, eat fruits & veggies and your beans and oatmeal and drink your water and you WILL lose!

Makes me want to dance a jig...
