Exclamation This Diet WORKS!!!

OK, I'm a newbie, just started on Monday, 10-23 and I know your not suppose to weigh yourself, but I had to this morning. I'm on Phase 1 and it's Thursday and I'm already down 5 lbs. I feel good, I'm not hungry in between my 3 hour meals.

Anyone who's just starting, look at the receipe feeds, eat fruits & veggies and your beans and oatmeal and drink your water and you WILL lose!

Makes me want to dance a jig...

I also started on Monday. I have not weighed myself but hope I have done as well as you! I will weigh myself on day 10! Good to see someone who started same time

Yes, it does work. I lost 7 lbs on phase 1. I am hoping to hit my goal of 170 by thanksgiving and 160 by Christmas. It is totally doable! Congrats to you and KEEP SMASHING!

I need to set a goal for Thanksgiving and Christmas. That will really get me motivated. I just hope Thanksgiving is not a downfall. I'm hoping to have one day to eat as I please, then get right back on the horse.

This plan is very forgiving! Dr Ian says that if you can any weight, just go back to phase 1 until you are back to where you were! So I plan on eating well for Thanksgiving. Also, I am not nearly as hungry as I usually am, so I doubt I will eat as much as I think I would like to!

Congrats & although I'm not going to weigh in until Sat. morning, I can tell I've lost something. I feel lighter & my pants are fitting better.

I could not exercise this week because my back has been bothering me (old car accident) & I have to be careful when that happens. I don't mind because when I enter Phase II & just continue with my normal exercise routine it will help with the extra food I'll be introducing & I won't have to bump it up entering the new phase.

I also started phase 1 on monday. but i'm holding out until nov. 1st, which is day ten to weigh. but that is so awesome! gives me more motivation. i just need to work on my water.

The water is hard. I just have to drink it and get over it. I added some lemon to my water the other day, just for something different.

I was going to weigh myself today, but I think I'm going to hold out until Wednesday morning. That will be day 10. I need to find some more things to eat. I keep repeating. Don't want to get bored.

It's really neat that there is somebody else who will weigh in on Wednesday. I've been trying to eat different things. I just have to do this!!!

I just started today and want to thank all of you who share your thoughts, struggles, and motivations. It is an inspriation to read what all of you write. I have such a long road ahead of me (I have to essentially lose a whole person). But the important thing is that I have taken the first step.

GoldenLover & QuikWitti - I finish detox today and will be weighing in tomorrow morning on the weigh in thread so good luck to you guys. I am sure we have all lost many, many lbs! Just stay away from the Halloween candy tonight

Hi, I'm new here and started phase 1 on Sunday. These first three days have been somewhat hard. Today though is the first day I'm not really hungry. Finding all the different recipes will help for the next 6 days so I won't get bored!! Good luck to all!
