The book says: cold, unsweetned 1 1/2 cups a day. Hot cereal 1/2 cup per day.

I'm actually surprised at some of the allowed cereals since there are so many others that are better than Rice Krispies, for example. Puffins & Kashi are two types that I would personally include on the list. I will be adding my beloved Grape Nuts when I'm on Phase II. Has much more fiber than many of the listed cereals.
I love Kashi cereals too. Most of them have 3 ingredients!! Thanks for the list too. That will help a ton in deciding. At least I know I can satisfy my crunchy cravings
