Question danon light and fit yogurt

so i am on phase 1 and checked the labels of the danon flavored light and fit against plain non fat yogurt and the nonfat plain has more sugars. the danon tastes great it's 60cal 10 carbs 7 sugars 5 protein.

is this ok for phase 1?will it effect weightloss?

Well I know its not part of the plan, but I have never used the plain yogurt. I recently started using the dannon fit yogurt. Before i was using a nonfat local brand that had 80 calories, but when I saw the Dannan at 60 calories I started buying it. I couldnt tell you if it affected my weight loss. I can tell you I lost 14 pounds in the first 9 days.

It's low calorie, so it will help with weight loss. The reason he recommends the plain yogurt is because the flavored yogurts contain artificial sweeteners and maybe a few additives, depending on the brand. Phase 1 is supposed to be a 'detox' in which you eliminate anything artificial and go natural. However, if you are not interested in doing that, you should be able to include the flavored yogurt.

Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you consume. The Fat Smash diet is great for helping us pay more attention to the quality of foods we eat, and to help us work on getting the junk out of our diets. Beyond that, it's not an exact science and I think it's ok to tweak the diet a little here and there if it means you are more likely to stay on track and lose weight.

I buy the plain yogurt, but I don't eat it plain. I make smoothies with it, along with some skim milk, frozen berries, and splenda.

Stoneyfield Farms has a fat free yogurt that doesn't have any artificial sweeteners in it! You might want to try it if you want to eat it alone -- I will use this for breakfast in addition to fruit (easy for on the go!) and plain for smoothies!
