Default Tofu on P1?
Hi all I'm new to this WOL. I just finished the book and I am going tothe grocery tomorrow to stock up on stuff for phase 1. Is tofu allowed on P1? And if so in what amount?

Sorry guys, I just went back over the food list and there it was. Duh! I guess I should have been wearing my glasses the first time I read through it.
