Default Peeing alot??

Has anyone else been doing this? Sorry if its a little TMI, but I was curious. I didn't even have that much water intake yesterday so I thought it was interesting. I hope Im not the only one...I'll be really embarrassed!

It's normal to drop a lot of excess water weight at the beginning of a diet, especially with a diet like this that cuts out a lot of sodium and processed foods. No need to be embarrassed Congrats on a great start!

I agree, but you should be getting in a lot of water. Look at is as your body is flushing out all the bad stuff that you were eating before.

Yeah I know....I was being bad yesterday! I'm doing much better today though about the water intake! This is one of my hardest struggles cuz if I drink too much, sometimes I feel like I'm gonna gag or something. I'm workin on it though! =D

Yea I was going A LOT the first few days.. I was like dang no wonder I'm losing weight.. this is a workout getting up every 20 minutes lol

I'm not dfoing fat smash (yet) but I pee so many times a day everyone around me thinks I'm prgnant! It's kind of embarrassing. But I also drink 3 litres a day.

hotmama have you tried crystal light or other ways of making your water more interesting?

I have before cuz my job provides us with free crystal light packages for like the size of a bottle of water. That helps alot! But what I've been doing is using one of those humongous jugs from walmart or quick trip that has the amount of water you need per day. I drink out of a straw and take big gulps so I can hurry up and drink more. I was thinking about those crystal light packages, but I didn't know if those were ok or not. If so, then yes, I will use them!! Thank you!!

hotmama did you ever try the crystal light? I think they are okay for phase 2 and the off brands that are sweetened with splenda should be okay for phase 1.

Yes! I'm using that now! I really like the lemonade flavor! =D It helps a lot so I can finish drinking my big ole water bottle throughout the day.

Hello ladies. To the post regarding the crystal light, you can also try the wylers in lemonade flavor. Very tasty and only 5-10 calories and you mix it with water. I love it but not all the time. I also am trying to make it a habit of drinking plain water too. Your skin is more hydrated and face much clearer.
