Peeing alot??
Has anyone else been doing this? Sorry if its a little TMI, but I was curious. I didn't even have that much water intake yesterday so I thought it was interesting. I hope Im not the only one...I'll be really embarrassed! :o

It's normal to drop a lot of excess water weight at the beginning of a diet, especially with a diet like this that cuts out a lot of sodium and processed foods. No need to be embarrassed :lol: Congrats on a great start!

I agree, but you should be getting in a lot of water. Look at is as your body is flushing out all the bad stuff that you were eating before.

Yeah I know....I was being bad yesterday! I'm doing much better today though about the water intake! This is one of my hardest struggles cuz if I drink too much, sometimes I feel like I'm gonna gag or something. I'm workin on it though! =D

Yea I was going A LOT the first few days.. I was like dang no wonder I'm losing weight.. this is a workout getting up every 20 minutes lol ;)

I'm not dfoing fat smash (yet) but I pee so many times a day everyone around me thinks I'm prgnant! It's kind of embarrassing. But I also drink 3 litres a day.
hotmama have you tried crystal light or other ways of making your water more interesting? |

Hello ladies. To the post regarding the crystal light, you can also try the wylers in lemonade flavor. Very tasty and only 5-10 calories and you mix it with water. I love it but not all the time. I also am trying to make it a habit of drinking plain water too. Your skin is more hydrated and face much clearer.
