Default Introduction

Hey everybody! I just began smashing 4 days ago and so far I think this is a great plan. I think it is just the boost I need to kick the bad habits to the curb. I just wanted to take a minute to say hello, I have been reading A LOT of the posts already posted and they offered me much encouragement to continue on. The only day I have had "trouble" so far was the first day. And this was only my fault, I wasn't fully prepared to start but didn't want to wait another day and was hungry a lot that day. But once I got to the store and stocked the fridge things have gone much better. Hoping this formum will be a good source of support so feel free to drop me a line if you would like. Would be especially nice to hear from some who may have started around the same time I did (Tuesday 2/19/08). Thanks and Happy Smashing!

hi ManDy29!
im buying the fat smash book tomorrow, and starting on Monday. I've sort of hit a plateau, i think, so im hoping this will help me jump over that plateau. Im also stocking up on the food i need to buy tomorrow. My only problem is i read somewhere that you have to eat like 5 times a day--and im in school so we'll see if i can actually do that
anyway, good luck to you )

I think you can do it... The book does suggest eating 4-5 meals a day but if you plan I right I think its completely doable. None of them are really big meals, so you may just have to pick portable things. I am on day 6 of phase 1and I haven't had any trouble. I am a single mom, work and go to school, if I can do it you can do it... Good luck!!
