Oooo, oooo, pick me! I just started yesterday on the Extreme Fat Smash diet. I've been a South Beach girl for about six months now but I wanted something that told me exactly what to eat because I was getting tired of logging calories. I'm just going to do it for the three weeks and then either combine the maintenance phase principles with South Beach or go back to South Beach + calorie counting. We'll see. My first day yesterday went great! Good food makes your body feel so great!

I would like to start the Fat Smash Diet, I just purchased the Extreme version of the diet and I guess thats not really gonna work for me, I'm about to purchase the original version as well and give that one a try. I have somuch weight to lose. for about a week or two, I've been exercising and tryin to eat healthy and smaller portions, but haven't seen any weight loss changed. So I'm ready for this! I wanna be between 160lbs and 140lbs.

I am just starting Fat Smash today. From the looks of it it seems pretty easy. I probably have an advantage though, b/c I was vegetarian for 10 yrs and vegan for one, so I have tons of recipes in my arsenal. I am making butternut squash & yellow pea soup right now.
I do ok with dieting, but I am not a consistent exerciser. That is where I will need the most support.

You sound kinda like me..im starting SOON! Well when my partner goes to the UK so I get time alone to do it myself! I think my weakness is the takeaways that other people get! Over here in NZ a big thing we have a Kumera Chips (basically sweet potato fries- heavenly with garlic mayo) and he gets them all the time! just can't say no! However when Im good my cooking models stage one of fatsmash!
The exercise is tough to get into, they way I deal with it is i have to remember that one day off cannot equal two! I have one rest day a week and thats to use at my own disposal! After that it's all on!
I just started last night at 10 pm! 2 hours left till day 2! I'm waiting for my audiobook in the mail and I also got the Extreme fat smash book along with some Tae Bo vids! This is the first diet I've ever tried so I'm excited!! Results seem to work for everyone so I hope I can do it!
