I'm just starting day 9 and I am so, so excited. I cannot believe how fast 9 days go, at the beginning I thought I could never do this. I can’t wait to weigh in tomorrow morning, on to Phase 2, where I can have cheese, coffee, Rice Krispies, meat and fish again! YEAH!

Broiled Salmon with a slice of cheese
Granny Apple
After what I’ve read on caffeine and how it triggers cravings for starchy sweet foods I am switching to decaf, I do coffee for the taste not the energy so it’s no biggie for me.
The 9 days will fly by, this time last week I never thought I could make it through.
