Starting over....again
 
Well I plan on starting FS again on January 7, 2008. I have tried FS in the past and have never followed thru with it. I have put on quite a bit of weigh over the past few months and I know with FS I will see results if I just stick it out. If anyone else is interested in joining me I will enjoy the company.

Hi Nelle,

I'm on day 6 of DETOX, my brother succesfully lost 40 lbs on this program and I almost fained when I saw him at Christmas. You can do it, after I got over the initial caffeine headache withdrawl I've been fine. My hunger pains are gone and my appetite has decreased since I'm eating more frequently.

I was planning to start again today, but I gave in and had some chocolate :( At least it was dark chocolate. I won't let it ruin the rest of my day though. Usually once I slipped up I would give up for the day. That's probably why I haven't gotten through the detox phase yet. I will just add on an extra day at the end. I will make it through detox!

Well ladies it is day 2 of Phase 1 and it was a rough one. Earlier I had a really bad headache and then I felt really light headed I had to take lunch early just so I could eat. I just keep saying to myself If I can just make it to the end of Detox it will be easier. This is the tough part but it will get easier. I hope everyone else is hanging in there.

I am in with you ladies. I am not going to start until Monday though. I have my sisiters baby shower on Saturday and then dinner with co-workers on Sunday so I am being realistic.
When I first started on this forum I was doing so good then I fell off. Hoping to get myself back in control. I joined the biggest loser challenge and I don't want to be the one responsible for my team not winning so that is extra incentive.

I'm just starting day 9 and I am so, so excited. I cannot believe how fast 9 days go, at the beginning I thought I could never do this. I can’t wait to weigh in tomorrow morning, on to Phase 2, where I can have cheese, coffee, Rice Krispies, meat and fish again! YEAH!

Tomorrow’s plan

Rice Krispies w/ Skim Milk
Decaf coffee
Cherries
Chicken Chipotle Bowl
Edamame
Broiled Salmon with a slice of cheese
Granny Apple

After what I’ve read on caffeine and how it triggers cravings for starchy sweet foods I am switching to decaf, I do coffee for the taste not the energy so it’s no biggie for me.

The 9 days will fly by, this time last week I never thought I could make it through.

Well its day 4 me and still sticking out although I had a little bit of a cheat yesterday...I ate 3 Hershey Kisses :(. I was feeling really down so as usual, I reached for comfort foods. My exercise has been good so far. Today I go to my killer aerobics class...the instructor is tough but I know its good for me. The real test for me will be on Saturday. I have been invited to not one but two birthday engagements. I know there will be cake which is one of my favorite foods. But I know I can't quit because I don't want to start over again:dust:. I am just looking forward to Phase 2. That is what keeps me pushing on. I know that will be much easier to handle.
