Sooo today is Day2 for me and yesterday went well... I did have a couple 'tempations' lol but resisted... this forum is what made me wat to try Fat Smash, so THANK YOU! Anyways I noticed some people in Phase 1 are having headaches and that could be from the loss of protein in your diet. So if you add things with protein like grilled Boca Burger which is soy with protein, beans or a lot of the packaged Oatmeal has protein added now so if you try adding protein you should be able to see the difference!
I really love grilling a Boca Burger with onions and putting some Mrs.Dash for seasoning it is sooo yummy.
