Default carnation instant breakfast?

anone know if we can have carnation instant breakfast drinks?...the only item i see that may be bad is the sugars...it has 18g of sugar per packet...sodium is surprisngly low ay 100mg...choesterol is < 5mg....potassium is 240mg...protein is 5g...and it has a bunch of vitamins in them....they are easy to make with boiled or hot water....milk if you want added flavor....

It's not allowed. You're right, there's too much sugar. It's also a processed food, loaded with additives. They have a splenda version, but I don't think it would be allowed either. The goal is to get away from processed foods and get back to natural, whole foods.
