Default Diet Supplements on FS?

Has anyone taken any diet supplements while on the FS diet? I was thinking of starting to use Hydroxycut when i start phase 2? I just don't know if that will counteract with losing the weight. Plus i hear they have a lot of caffeine in them? any thoughtS?

I would advise against it. You'll probably still see results and may even see better results over the short term. But, using stimulants isn't a healthy way to lose weight IMO plus you'll have to deal with potential negative side effects.

I totally agree. They contain a lot of ingredients that are potentially dangerous. If you stick to the plan and include exercise, you'll lose at a steady and safe rate without any risks.

Plus they've never been proven to even help with weight loss. If those products really worked, we wouldn't need forums like this, lol. The before and after photos from the ads? I was told by a tv producer that they take the "after" photos before, then pay the fitness model to gain weight for the "before" photos.

I actually saw a show that talked about these diet supplement commericals and they said that the "before" photos are normally of women right after having a baby, or at the person's fattest (before they started working out). Sometimes the before pics don't even look like the people in the after pics. I wonder if they are the same person. What I have come to realize after trying many many diet pills is that if they worked then everyone would take them and no one would be fat.

An Australian woman is suing an American diet pill company because they used her picture in a testimonial for their product. She'd never even heard of the company. Her picture was stolen from an article about something else entirely!
