theres nothing wrong with having cinnamon in phase 2 is there??...i added a "dash" of cinnamon to my banana shake and it gave it a little bit of better flavor...i can deal without it honestly since i actually like the plain banana shake...but i just wanted to change it up so i dont get used to one item....
oh my banana shake consists of the following
1 cup of nonfat milk
2 tbsp of nonfat unflavored yogurt
1 banana
blend the milk and yogurt...then add banana....and voila...you have yourself a simple banana shake...
